Hyunju Shin, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Professional Sales at Kennesaw State University. She has been actively involved with AMS since 2010, contributing as a presenter, reviewer, session chair and track chair. Currently serving as the Director of Online Seminars, she organizes and moderates webinars for AMS members and non-members. Her research focuses on relationship management in services, luxury brand management, customer engagement on social media, and sustainability. Her work has been published in several journals, including the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Ethics, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Services Marketing and Psychology & Marketing.
