The AMS WMC Lima is complete. We're sure all who attended found the meeting to be intellectually stimulating and culturally unique. The 2015 AMS Annual Conference will take place May 12-15, 2015 in Denver Colorado. Please see the Call for Papers for more information regarding the conference. The
18th Academy of Marketing Science World Marketing Congress will take
place July 14-18, 2015. Our host institution, the Università
degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro, and AMS both cordially invite you to

CALL FOR PROPOSALS: 2017 AMS World Marketing Congress
Those colleagues interested in being to considered to co-host the 2017 AMS WMC at their institution should contact Jay D. Lindquist, Co-Director of International Program, no later than 15 August, 2014. Jay will send out the formal request for proposal to these institutions. An illustration of the proposal documentation can be found HERE.

2014 AMS Annual Conference Complete
The 2014 Annual Conference held in Indianapolis, IN is now complete. The preliminary conference Proceedings can be accessed from the Members link above (login to access). Over 325 AMS Fellows exchanged ideas on the cutting edge of marketing research. Matthew Berry of ESPN keynoted the banquet as AMS Outstanding Marketer of the Year and O.C. Ferrell was named the AMS/Cutco Vector Outstanding Marketing Educator of the Year. The meeting kicked off with the AMS Review Theory Forum chaired by Manjiy Yadav, the AMS Review Editor.
2013 AMS Annual Conference a Huge Success
The 2013 AMS Annual Conference is complete. Four hundred marketing scholars from around the world attended the event on the beautiful Monterey Pennisula in California. Thanks to Leyland and Costas for putting together the program, thanks as well to the staff at the Portola Hotel in Monterey, Robert Barker of Bernardus Wines (bernardus.com) for the wines and lessons during the wine marketing session, and special thanks to all of you who attended. We look forward to seeing you next year in Indianapolis.
2013 AMS World Marketing Congress
The 16th AMS WMC took place July 17- 20 in Melbourne, Australia. Monash University cohosted the event with the theme "Looking Forward, Looking Back: Drawing on the Past to Shape the Future of Marketing." John Ford and Mike Ewing served as program chairs. Among highlights was the naming of the 2013 Academy of Marketing Science Global Marketer Award winner. John Zeigler, Chairman and CEO of DDB Group Asia Pacific, India and Japan, received the award during the Congress Luncheon held at the Melbourne Town Hall. 15th World Marketing Congress at RMS Complete!
The 15th AMS World Marketing Congress is now complete. The Congress attracted nearly 500 scholars from 49 different countries. Much discussion centered around the theme "The Customer is Not Always Right." A gala dinner at Champagne Pommerey climaxed the event and the WMC attendees had a great time and danced until the earlly morning. We'll be posting pictures soon! Thanks to all that attended and a very special thanks to everyone at Reims Management School (RMS). Not only is RMS a premier business school, but a premier and gracious host!
